I have to admit. I was a little bit apprehensive about creating this blog because this is my first attemp at doing something of this magnitude. I was unsure whether this would be a topic many people would be interested in.

I decided to do it anyway and I’ve found that I’m having fun doing this. Ever since I went to a dinner party and was asked to give my opinion of a particular wine that was being served that evening, needless to say it was an embarassing moment for me.

The lesson here is to know proper wine ettiquete before attending such an event. From that moment on, I decided to learn everything I could about wine everything from making, tasting and selecting it.
